2011 Fleetwood Tioga Ranger 31' Class C Motorhome, model "31N". Ford Triton V10 engine on a Ford E450 super duty chassis, with low miles (77,400). Big slide out in the living room (kitchen/sleeper sofa), and another slide in the rear (Bedroom/Bunk). Sleeps up to 9 (if not 10), lots of room! This was one of the highest end models that Fleetwood made in 2011, and is fully self contained. Has the overhead cab bunk, sleeper sofa, dinette booth up front, another dinette booth in the rear that converts to a bunk, and the rear queen bedroom. Up front, at the driver seat: tilt steering, cruise control, dash A/C, power locks, power windows, power mirrors, heated mirrors, etc. For your entertainment: AM/FM/CD stereo, 25" LCD TV in the living room, DVD, and TV antenna with digital receiver, etc. Living room has a sleeper sofa and dinette booth (kitchen and sleeper sofa are on a slide). At the end of the auction, a non refundable $250.00 paypal deposit will be made by the winning bidder within 12 hours of auction end. Full payment is due within 5 days. We offer one month of free storage (additional months are $100 per month). A dealer documentation fee of $250 will be added to the final bid price, to cover items such as airport pickup, title work, courier fees, walk-through, and other dealer incurred expenses. State/regional taxes, SMOG, and DMV fees will also be added to all California residents. California usage tax (8%) also applies to sales to customers of all states/countries if the vehicle or motorhome is picked up in California. Some states have a reciprocal tax agreement with California, meaning you don't pay taxes twice. We can do a stateline delivery to Las Vegas, NV or Phoenix, AZ for $500.00, and then state usage tax is not applicable..
