2005 Tiffin Phaeton 40' Diesel Motorhome, model 40QDH with four huge slide outs (two in the living room, and two more in the rear bedroom). CAT 350HP Turbo Diesel engine, on a Freightliner chassis (air brakes, air suspension, exhaust brake) with a 6 speed electronic Allison transmission. Very low miles, only 53,900. Overall in excellent condition, both mechanically and cosmetically. Sleeps up to 5, and has all the bells and whistles. Fully self contained, even has washer/dryer combo. This model of RV, was Tiffins top end coach they made in 2005, and the largest. The coach needs nothing, and is ready to hit the road! Again, this coach has has FOUR slide outs, with two slides in the living room and two slides in the rear bedroom: Just an amazing floorplan. In the cockpit, at the power leather driver seat (passenger seat is also power): telescopic/tilt steering, cruise control, cold dash A/C, levelling jacks, backup camera, power sun visors, power pedals, etc. Entertainment systems include: AM/FM/CD stereo, 32" flat screen TV in the living room, satellite dish, VCR/DVD, 19" flat screen TV in the bedroom, and TV antenna. Both leather front seats swivel around to face living room. Living room has a leather sleeper sofa on one side, and another leather sofa on the other, along with a dinette table. At the end of the auction, a non refundable $250.00 paypal deposit will be made by the winning bidder within 12 hours of auction end. Full payment is due within 5 days. We offer one month of free storage (additional months are $100 per month). A dealer documentation fee of $250 will be added to the final bid price, to cover items such as airport pickup, title work, courier fees, walk-through, and other dealer incurred expenses. State/regional taxes, SMOG, and DMV fees will also be added to all California residents. California usage tax (8%) also applies to sales to customers of all states/countries if the vehicle or motorhome is picked up in California. Some states have a reciprocal tax agreement with California, meaning you don't pay taxes twice. We can do a stateline delivery to Las Vegas, NV or Phoenix, AZ for $500.00, and then state usage tax is not applicable..
